1. Explore and Plan
This is a 4-week programme focused on exploring your health and wellbeing concerns and aspirations, and developing an effective overall plan and approach to achieving your goals.
This programme will give you a good jumpstart on your road to health and wellbeing.
What it includes:

Detailed exploration survey

Initial in-depth exploration session

2 follow-up coaching sessions

Science-based nutrition and lifestyle information and guidance

Support in developing an overall plan and approach

2. Design and Transform
This 2- to 3-months programme starts with an in-depth exploration of your health issues and goals. Then the programme supports you in designing, testing and implementing your detailed personal nutrition and lifestyle roadmap. This is where the rubber hits the road and transformation takes place!
What it includes:

Tailored tools and surveys to explore your food and lifestyle needs and preferences, and to develop a detailed roadmap to health

Relevant science-based information to address specific health issues through nutrition and lifestyle

7 coaching sessions focused on designing your detailed nutrition and lifestyle roadmap

At each session, we review the specific elements that were tested during the week and make adjustments as needed

3. Sustain and Thrive
This is an ongoing programme - initially for 3 months - to support you in maintaining the positive changes and making further adjustment as needed. This will assist you in staying the course and adjusting it when required.

6 half-hour coaching sessions

Opportunity to ask questions and discuss progress via email

Monthly progress checks against starting point and goals

Invitation to lunch walks, group meetings and other events

All coaching sessions can be in-person, virtual, or walk & talk sessions

This is where you will fully reap the health and wellbeing benefits from the positive changes you made

Motivational support will help you stay on track

You may hit a plateau in terms of your improvements. The programme provides support to make adjustments to go to the next level.
